I made payments for my delivery on the dates shown on the copy attached from Mukuru on the 25 th of November 2024 for home delivery which has not been done well instead the Agent in UK gave my package to an Airfight Attendant Evelyn Tobogo to deliver my package but she has not done so yet for 2 weeks now she is holding my package at ransom she is demanding USD$200 which I feel is out of the terms of reference agreed to for home delivery so I feel this is extortion and is out of order

I am having a problem with your agent in the UK who was handling my package with ref number: 452
AWB: 123-********. I paid for home delivery a long time ago, but he decided to give my package to an air attendant, Evelyn Tobogo, who is tasked to deliver my package in Zimbabwe, Waterfalls, Mainway Meadows.
I am surprised she is demanding USD $200.00 for home delivery, which I paid already. She has been holding my package for more than 10 days because she says I have to pay her to do home delivery to my Harare Waterfalls home in Zimbabwe. I feel this is extortion because British Airways cannot charge twice for a package already paid for.
Please explain your policy about what happens when you are contracted to deliver a package. Do you give it to an air flight attendant to deliver my package?
- It is efficient and good mission statement
- Confuse customers by not accepting ldc costs in some cases they have it all paid before shipment and sometimes they want that payment done at destination this complicate simple business practice

I flew from Heathrow to Milan on May 13. I was encouraged to check in my carry on because of full flight.
Since my wife had a checked bag I decided too. It was checked in a full 2 hours before the same time as my wifes.
It is obvious that it was separate from paid check in as there were 6 others in the same boat. I forgot to transfer my meds I have serious heart issues if it does not come by today in trouble

I paid for business class both ways from Heathrow to Cairo on the 19th of March and back on the 30th of March and was horrified that there was no business class on the plane. I consider this fraud; I want a refund.

I have got a ticket that I would like to confirm if it's a ticket or fake because my package haven't arrived yet
It is a good company that does its work and it is also good in handling it's customers but they haven't given me an answer if the ticket is true or false

Heathrow fire : out of BAs control we know ,but we were dumped at 2 oclock in the morning at Washington Dulles ,landed ,quickly ushered of the plane and then nothing. Some luggage took 3 to 4 hrs to come off the plane, again no one could help.
One member of staff just kept saying ring 1-800. They will tell you however it didnt open for 3 hrs. We found BA staff at Austin (starting point) and Dulles less than helpful and generally miserable, in complete contrast to the very helpful,smiley staff at Heathrow. Through our own efforts (48 mins phone call to London !) we secured a place on a plane on the Sunday evening.
Cabin crew just went off the plane without any help to anyone. We accept the Heathrow situation was out there control but none of the staff even approached the extra inch to their customers.

I bet BA agents at Heathrow were not smiling and got unfairly accused of not being helpful after they got inundated the first half day of opening back up.
It’s 7:30am, EST. GMA just showed the mess at Heathrow.
The cameras had to back away from the BA counter due to the blinding light reflecting off its agents’ teeth.
It was really noticeable because their counter had no line due to their extreme helpfulness. No customers to help block that light.
I heard that helpful smiling BA staff at Heathrow flew their planes over to the U.S. themselves to pick up those who were stranded.
Then, once safely at a cruising altitude, enabled autopilot and served food and drink.
We did not fly to Dulles. We heard there was one nasty miserable person there.
