Website still not working after 3days to claim my legal rights as per compensation by law.
Food and drink vouchers didn't appear, had to queue with a plane's worth of passengers at pret a manger. Return flight managed to be delayed by only 2 hours. If you have the choice do not use bloody awful airways - you have been warned!!

I am still trying to resolve the issue. Need help getting it done.

I am trying to cancel the first leg of a connecting flight from Rome to London to Baltimore . I will be in London and just need that part of the flight.

BA says they can do that but have to charge me $215 to do it. Not sure why there should be a charge for removing a flight we will not use.

The worst experience ever it’s been almost a year and they don’t respond to my claim. A guy called Zahid says we sent the money but your bank refused it. I went to the bank manager and the claim is a lie.

I. Filed a missing baggage claim over one month ago. British Airlines has not found it yet, I guess. I have had no communication from anyone in the airline industry during all that time. I went to my local airport when I arrived home and looked over all the lost bags they had. No luck. But this is my my job. They must have lots of lost bags and no one too sort them? Alas….
