Unable to assist a family traveling with 6 adults and 4 children have luggage go straight thru all from Barcelona to Atlanta as two separate bookings.
Working towards a resolution
I am still trying to resolve the issue. Need help getting it done.
I am trying to cancel the first leg of a connecting flight from Rome to London to Baltimore . I will be in London and just need that part of the flight.
BA says they can do that but have to charge me $215 to do it. Not sure why there should be a charge for removing a flight we will not use.

Yes I want to let you know that British airways is an airline that I'll never fly again they damaged the contents of my baggage and it was late 24 days after my flight they gave me the runaround and ended up closing my claim without even contacting me like I said I'll never fly British airways again and I also want to let my friends know of my experience with British airways so that they can pass it on
Supposedly, an email had been sent explaining why, but I never received such an email. I can't understand why you won't pay my claim. My luggage was lost for more than your 21-day rule, ultimately taking 24 days to be returned.
Moreover, when it finally arrived, it was damaged. Despite multiple phone calls, I've made no progress, and now I'm being told my case is closed.
Preferred solution: I would like to be reimbursed for the time my luggage was lost and that it was arrived late and was damaged
User's recommendation: I will never fly a British airways again if your bag is lost good luck getting any any retribution from them

British Airways has to be the worst company I have ever tried to contact. The customer service team that I have attempted to converse with is very heavily accented and seems unable to deal with any issue that is not in their list of generic responses.
All I needed for my insurance company was confirmation that my wife and I were unable to fly due to health issues. What I understand is called a no-show confirmation.
This, apparently, I was told was dealt with by another department of BA who could not be contacted by customers. Good grief,

We are old and find difficulties with modern technology. We are usually provided with paper documents when requested.
The weeks/month delays with our luggage, the prolonged efforts to locate them, were expensive as well as frustrating. I intend to try again to complete the claim online.

No one will help me with my 10 day lost baggage
They keep telling me my bags have been found and loaded for two flights a day ten days in a row.no bags. Plus I have to talk to people NOT in the UK
Helpful Service Customer Agent but not helpful company
I wanted to change a flight one day before the flight. I called BA and their system was not working so they told me they would call me back.
They never did. I couldn't take the flight and called after 4 days to raise a claim over this.
They told me they were to investigate, but never got back to me. I called after 3 weeks and they just told me they never found any evidence of my call

Yes, completely pissed form British Airways. PAssing each and every moment here in difficulty as we are stuck after paying $ CAN 5600 to British Airways from Del to Detroit.
My son was sick since 2 days before 28th may but we thought he will be better and we packed and got ready to somehow just board the flight but we could not do and contacted them as it was difficult to board but we still said we are ready but this is condition , we were told that we need to provide medical documents and if there is flight difference then we have to pay that and tax and if it is less then that wont be considered. We agreed.
Now, my son who was suspected of catching covid (although did not have that), and is still recovering gradually.
Later I called them twice to their provided local number and in half hour to 50 minutes they are able to search for one or max two different dates and tell those prices and I am told that 4 times higher price even than that is advertised on their own website for those particular dates means they want approx $800 approx for one person, we are family of 4, on low income, on disability, we even bought this ticket after transferring from line of credit to credit card and I am in extremet difficulty but suffering because of dire mistake of chosing British Airways.
Now, I can see flights even in $4500 but I am helpless and even after paying this sum of big money I am craving to go to my home with my family.
My husband medicines finished, kids suffering for their education, me exhausted with this airlines who have no direct person but keep waiting desperately to get their reply after chatting, after emailing, after contacting them via case number that wont be replied for long.
What should I do? I am feelign likecroud a loud out under the sky to never ever chose British Airways.
Please advise someone what to do.

Cancelled trip bill $1697.90 received document from Doctor could not take trip. Contacted BOAC and was advised via email on 12/11/2024 that a refund for $764 would be issued to credit card American Express ending 2007.
After waiting still no credit has been received.
Please advise ASAP.

I missed my fight on 10/ 30 /25 . And have been g makeing so many attempts get some to help me in order for to resolve this

It may sound as an absolute hyperbole, but you would firmly agree with me when you face the same obnoxious, ruthless and illogical adversity when you are in the tutelage of British Airways....
